Footnotes

  • Contributors The present article is a major revision and extension of an original article which appeared in the March 2015 edition of the Dutch-language paediatric postgraduate education journal Praktische Pediatrie. The original Dutch paper was written by the two program leaders of the EBM project, JB and VJL. The ideas for the adaptation into the present article were developed by a paediatric registrar, ED, and the program director of paediatric training at the department, PLPB. They prepared the adapted English version as well as the adaptations made to the current second revision, which were then edited by JB and VJL. PLPB is the guarantor of the present article.
